Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping charges for the new item will apply.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@yoxs.shop with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.
